Meet the Founder, Kaseem Ladipo
Kaseem Ladipo founded The KAL Firm to help nonprofits maximize impact with more clarity, capacity, and thoughtful planning.
A social entrepreneur, Kaseem saw too many powerful nonprofits struggle due to leadership gaps, stretched resources, underutilized boards. He began advising social sector leaders and philanthropists on how to plan for impact.
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Kaseem has held Executive Director positions for several organizations, including Breakthrough Atlanta, Horizons Atlanta, and The Foundation for Orthopedics and Complex Spine. He brings big picture thinking and collaborative energy when championing teams through strategic development initiatives, all while keeping the vision in focus.
Kaseem is a passionate Atlanta native - from its schools, sports teams, culture, and the impact that lifts up its communities to make them stronger.
The most enjoyable part of Kaseem’s work is working with great people. In his words, “I'm a fan of learning from others - who people are and what makes them excited about the world.”
